*Swedish Massage is a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart.

** Myotherapy Massage involves an extensive physical evaluation with an integrated approach to the treatment of involved muscles, joints and nerves. Myotherapy can be utilized to treat acute and chronic conditions, as well as in the area of preventative management and prescriptive exercises.

***A combination of Myotherapy and Swedish Massage is typically what Heather does in her Full Hour Body Massages (unless the Raindrop Technique is requested...see below for info on that).

Raindrop Technique Massage

Full Hour:  $60.00

*The raindrop technique involves the amazing power of therapeutic grade essential oils, mixed with a variety of massage techniques spent mostly on the back. The technique is designed to bring the body back into structural and electrical alignment. Often many types of spinal problems and misalignments are caused by toxins that lie dormant within the spine. The use of these particular therapeutic grade essential oils helps to dispose of these viruses within the spine, helping its structure return to normal and pain to decrease or even stop all together.
